Billing and Paying Your Bill

Billing is based on monthly usage, which is shown on your statement from MUB. Payment can be made Online, by Phone, mail, in our office, or after hours in our night depository (located alongside our drive-thru window). We ask that you please include your account number with your payment for proper credit to your account. If you are interested in the Bank Draft program please contact our office. Office hour's 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday thru Friday. PARDON OUR PROGRESS! Beginning January 2, 2008, the MUB office will temporarily relocate to the service building located adjacent to the Community Corrections Facility on Sand Mountain Drive. Drive-thru service will be available at this location. Please note that traffic flow will enter from West Main Street and exit onto Sand Mountain Drive. Bill payments, customer transfers and other billing transactions will take place at this location. The after hours payment box is available and located on the front side of the building. We anticipate occupying this location for 12 to 18 months during the renovation of the existing office. This will include some demolition and reconstruction and may cause brief periods of delay to the drive thru access. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our customer service area. Once completed, we will have a dual drive-thru system along with a customer parking area. Please review the map below, to become familiar with the temporary layout.
