Billing and Paying Your Bill

Billing is based on monthly usage, which is shown on your statement from MUB. Payment can be made Online, by Phone, mail, in our office, or after hours in our night depository (located on the front of our Customer Service Center on Sand Mountain Drive). We ask that you please include your account number with your payment for proper credit to your account. If you are interested in the Bank Draft program please contact our office. Office hour's 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday thru Friday.   As of September 2009, the new MUB main office building renovation is complete. The duel drive-thru is fully operational, with traffic flow entering from Sand Mountain Drive South and exiting onto West Main Street. Bill payments, customer transfers and other billing transactions all take place at this new location. There is an after-hours payment box available, located in the left lane of the drive thru on the building wall. A brand new parking area has also been paved next to the main office building. This new parking lot, in addition to the existing parallel parking spots in front of the building, allow customers much more parking area and easier access while carrying out their utility business.
