CLICK HERE to PRINT the "Residential Rental/Lease Agreement".     EXISTING RESIDENTIAL SERVICE   Current 911 Service Address   Electric, Water & Wastewater deposit $100.00 to $275.00 or 2x the average bill,whichever is greater.     Water or Wastewater Only deposit (no Electric) $50.00 to $150.00 Electric or Water Service Fee $10.00 per service     NEW  RESIDENTIAL  SERVICE   Same as Existing Residential Service plus Underground fee $100.00 for 1st 150 feet   $1.00 per foot over 1st 150 feet     Temporary service fee $10.00 Water connection fee $250.00 (3/4" service inside city) System Development Charge $595.00 (3/4" service) Wastewater tap fee $250.00 if sewer is available For larger service or outside city limits contact our office (256) 878-3761     COMMERCIAL SERVICE   2 forms of ID : one picture ID & SS card   If renting or leasing, you must have a "Rental/Lease Agreement" signed by owner.
