Residential, Commercial, & Industrial Effective February 7, 2007   Class     Residential :  12 First 2,000 gallons - Minimum $10.80     All usage greater than 2,000 gal. $5.40 per 1,000 gal         Commercial :  13 Monthly Charge $10.80     All Usage $5.40 per 1,000 gal.       Industrial :  14 Monthly Charge $25.00     All Usage $4.11 per 1,000 gal.       Industrial :  not on MUB water 15 Monthly Charge $25.00   All Usage $4.11 per 1,000 gal.           Size Service   Connection Charge System Development Charge (SDC) 3/4"   $250.00 $1,003.00 1"   $250.00 $1,705.00 2"   $250.00 $6,720.00         3"  & above - Contact our office at 256-878-3761   Special Charges Should a customer currently paying wastewater charges desire an additional or "second" water meter for outside watering needs, the following charges will apply:   3/4"       $ 150.00 connection charge 1"           $ 225.00 connection charges The above meter will be installed adjacent to the existing water meter and shall be connected to the existing tap or connection point.  The intent of this connection will allow a customer a metering option for outside watering needs without wastewater charges.  No additional water volume or pressure will be accomplished through this connection. Should a customer desire an increase in volume, an increase in meter size, or desire the meter to be installed in a different location, all normal charges will be assessed.
