Billing and Paying Your Bill

Billing is based on monthly usage, which is shown on your statement from MUB. Payment can be made Online, by Phone, mail, in our office, or after hours in our night depository (located on the front of our Customer Service Center on Sand Mountain Drive). We ask that you please include your account number with your payment for proper credit to your account. If you are interested in the Bank Draft program please contact our office. Office hour's 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday thru Friday. PARDON OUR PROGRESS! As of January 2008, the MUB office has been temporarily relocate to the building located adjacent to the Community Corrections Facility on Sand Mountain Drive. Drive-thru service is available at this location, with traffic flow entering from West Main Street and exiting onto Sand Mountain Drive. Bill payments, customer transfers and other billing transactions all take place at this location. The after-hours payment box is available and located on the front of the building to the left of the front door. MUB personnel will occupying this location during the renovation of the existing office on West Main Street. Once completed, the new main office will have a dual drive-thru system along with a customer parking area.
